Winter Bliss Raw Cacao Drink

“Hug yourself with cocoa beans and a touch of cinnamon. Put love into tea instead of sugar and take it looking at the starts.” -Maria Sabina

There are daily rituals with certain natural elements that are essential for maintaining vitality, such as the morning light kissing your face, activating your pineal, -cascading an effect that switches your circadian rhythm in your temple from night to daytime. The mid-day sun that penetrates your bare skin to the core, nourishing your inner body. Or connecting your bare feet to the ground, keeping your cells at peace in highly charged world.

Ah, the ritual of cleaning the home —neglected for just a wee bit too long and the mind can become as cloudy as dust on the piano. How quickly one remembers why this is essential!

Rituals sometimes lose their charm. Or perhaps not; either way it is important to acknowledge the reality of the quality of life that they create for you.

For me, the Winter Bliss cacao ritual is like the tide It ebbs and flows into my life like a seasonal visitor. In season, I savor the luxurious, smooth chocolate. Not only does the bean in its natural raw state activate the heart, but its warmth also transports to other sensory realms.

What rituals invigorate your soul? How do they affect your quality of life?
