Hello friend, I am Lorene, an Appalachian woman in whom the spirit of sovereignty runs deep. I love to have my bare feet on the ground, hands in the soil, looking after our sacred space called home. Rewilding the land we steward, into a permaculture food forest. My north star is a life-long adventure of creating an environment for my family that functions excellently in the everyday, drenches our soul, spirit and bodies with healing, nourishment, creativity, and beauty.

When I began my journey, I felt hopelessly stuck in stories of inadequacy and unworthiness. I was exhausted from chasing fixes, and covering the dis-ease with bandaids. I wanted to heal my life from within. Following my curiosity I committed myself to one year of single mindedly choosing life, and aligning my choices with these two questions: what is the beautiful truth about the Creator, and who I am. A decade later, my story has been transformed, and daily I continue to surrender my soul to what is inherently true.
